At the start of every new racing season there is always excitement and 2019 is setting up to be the best yet! The season kicked off at The World Center of Racing for the first USAC .25 Presented by Cookout National Event. This year Colt Johnson will compete in the Junior Honda division competing with the best young racers in the country. Colt proved to be competitive early on in the weekend. Making a pass for the lead in his heat race saw him hooking the leader and sending Colt to the rear of that race. With USAC passing points being in play it scored him in the E Main. Colt impressed with one of the fastest cars of the weekend and climbing all the way up to the C Main, coming up a spot short of the B Main and advancing in the weekend.
With a new year comes a new look and exciting new partners. On board this year will be Dynamic Manufacturing out of Norfolk, Virginia.
